'Profile name' folder by default is called 'fault', (unless you created another), where the 'x's are letters and numbers. The 'profile name' folder contains all preferences, emails, address books etc. If you’re satisfied with a local backup (or your backup service nabs your entire drive at one time) go ahead and proceed with the installation without any modifications. If you copy paste the 'Thunderbird' folder, it will copy all the profile data and the 'profiles.ini' file.
